THIS IS HOW WE WORK

In every work and product completion, we have standardized process performance so that we can provide assurance of quality, time and cost and can minimize business risks that may occur.

Data Research

We collect data related to technical work, material resources, human resources, finance, everything else.

We ensure that everything involved in the project is available and qualified.

if it is necessary to involve a third party, we have a list of competent and complete partners according to their respective expertise.

The standards that we apply at this stage are expected to minimize disruptions in project completion caused by the availability and capability of resources.

Analyzing

Based on the data collected, we conduct an analysis so that we can determine the risk factors, quality plans, completion time and costs that will arise from the completion of the work.

The resource data that has been compiled will be evaluated thoroughly and in depth including the methods to be used which will be discussed and agreed upon in this stage.

All parties in the team are involved in this process and provide views according to their respective fields including implementation officers for input and experience from previous projects. If there is a problem that the team has not been able to solve, we always ask for opinions from experts.

The purpose of this process is to produce work guidelines for workers in the field so that work can be carried out in accordance with the expected quality and time.

Implementation

Based on the results of the analysis and agreement from the customer, we use it as a standard guide in carrying out the work.

In the implementation of work, problems and obstacles are something that cannot be avoided. To overcome this, we implement a tiered decision-making system where Implementation officers can make decisions according to their authority by referring to the guidelines that have been agreed upon at the beginning.

Implementation officers in the field also always provide updates to management on progress and problems that arise so that those can be evaluated and reviewed on applicable guidelines and rules for project completion in accordance with the expected quality and time.
